Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Neuronsy, an active learning workspace for notes, sources, explanations, questions and review. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service operator and contact

Neuronsy operates the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@neuronsy.com.

2. Your workspace

You retain responsibility for the material you add. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process and display that material and to run features you request.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, secrets you are not authorized to process, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, access another workspace, or disrupt the service.

4. AI-assisted features

Generated questions and evaluations can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important results independently. Neuronsy is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Plans, trials and billing

Scholar and Pro are paid subscriptions available with monthly or annual billing. The current price, billing interval and included usage are shown before checkout.

Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. A first eligible checkout may start with a 7-day Trial at $0 today, with a card required. Learning on separate eligible days can extend the Trial by one day at a time, up to 14 days and subject to the billing cutoff shown in the application.

Your selected plan starts automatically when the Trial ends and renews for the selected billing interval until canceled. You can schedule cancellation through Manage billing before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and learning history remains readable after full access ends. Any rights required by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Providers, availability and changes

Neuronsy depends on services including Stripe for billing, Twilio Verify and SendGrid for account verification, and configured AI providers for requested learning features. Those providers operate under their own terms.

Features may evolve, and maintenance or provider failures can temporarily interrupt access. Server-enforced quotas and workspace permissions apply to every request.

7. Account access

Authentication uses a verified one-time code. You are responsible for access to the email address or phone number linked to the account. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will use a new acceptance version in the account creation flow.
